24-04-2023 (Press Ki Taquat)– Registration for Kedarnath Yatra for pilgrims in Rishikesh and Haridwar has been suspended till April 30 due to heavy rain and snowfall in Garhwal region. However, the doors of Kedarnath Dham will be opened only on April 25. Registration of pilgrims for Kedarnath Yatra in Rishikesh has been suspended till April 30.
Health Secretary Dr. Rajesh Kumar said that “Guidelines and SOPs have been issued for travel. In this, travelers have to adapt their body according to the mountain weather during travel. If you face any difficulty during travel, give them some rest. And then begin your journey.’
