Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan, on Sunday expressed deep grief over the sad demise of former Head Granthi of Sri Darbar Sahib Giani Jagtar Singh.
In a press communique issued here, the Speaker stated that Giani Jagtar Singh was one of the great Sikh Scholar and he had deep knowledge about Sikh Guru Sahib and Gurbani. He said that with the passing away of Giani Jagtar Singh, we have lost a great personality and a revered Sikh.
The Speaker prayed to the Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and to give courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
