Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 8.3 degrees Celsius above normal in the morning with gusty winds. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said there was dense to moderate fog in some different areas of Delhi. According to Indian Railways, 26 trains coming to Delhi are delayed by one to six hours due to fog.
