Chennai, April 23 (Press ki taquat bureau):  Marcus Stoinis played a dynamic unbeaten century, contrasting Ruturaj Gaikwad’s elegant hundred, leading Lucknow Super Giants to a remarkable six-wicket victory over Chennai Super Kings in their IPL match today. Stoinis’ aggressive innings of 124* off 63 balls propelled LSG to successfully chase down the highest target of 211 at the Chepauk, finishing at 213/4. Gaikwad’s unbeaten 108* off 60 balls and Shivam Dube’s quickfire 66 off 27 balls contributed to CSK’s competitive total of 210/4. This win marks LSG’s consecutive victories over CSK, having previously won at Ekana Stadium. Stoinis’ innings stood in stark contrast to Gaikwad’s smooth knock, as he smashed 13 fours and sixes, including a special six off pacer Mustafizur Rahman. Alongside Stoinis, Nicholas Pooran played aggressively from the start, supported by a struggling Devdutt Padikkal.
