Phagwara, June 3 (Press ki taquat bureau): A somber atmosphere enveloped Bhandal Buta village on Sunday as the devastating news of a young villager’s death in the Philippines spread throughout the community. The deceased, known as Jagdish Singh, was tragically discovered murdered in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines.
Residents of the village shared that Singh had been residing in Manila for several years, having only recently visited the village a few months prior to his untimely demise. He had returned to the Philippines just two months ago. Singh’s lifeless body was discovered a week after he was killed, leaving behind his grieving widow and three daughters.
The mourning family is currently making every possible effort to repatriate Singh’s body from Manila in order to perform his final rites, as informed by the villagers.
