Sri Om Birla has submitted his nomination for the position of Lok Sabha Speaker as the candidate of the ruling NDA. This information was provided by JDU leader Laln Singh. Sri Birla was also the Speaker in the previous Lok Sabha. Before filing the papers today, he had a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
