03-05-2023(Press Ki Taquat)– Lunar eclipse is considered an astronomical event in Vedic astrology. Mythology believes that when Rahu and Ketu try to swallow the moon on a full moon night, a lunar eclipse occurs. The first lunar eclipse of the year is going to happen on 05 May 2023, Friday.
The first lunar eclipse of the year is going to take place on May 5. This lunar eclipse is going to occur on Vaisakh Amavasya. This eclipse is going to take place in Tula Rashi and Swati Nakshatra. This is the fifth lunar eclipse, so this lunar eclipse will not be visible in India. Also, the sutaka period of this lunar eclipse will also not be valid. This lunar eclipse is going to be very special because after 12 years on this eclipse, Chaturgraha yoga is going to be formed, in which Sun, Mercury, Guru and Rahu are going to be in Aries.
The effect of this Chaturgraha yoga will continue for the next 10 days after the lunar eclipse. Along with this, this Chaturbhuja Yoga will end on May 15 as soon as Sun enters Dhan Rashi. Along with this, Siddhi Yoga and Vyapati Yoga are also being formed on this day.
