Chandigarh , October 29 (Press Ki Taquat)- Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal said that the amount of 70 lakh rupees taken from Auto Market Sirsa in 1997-98 will be returned with bank interest . Apart from this , the Chief Minister has opened shops in the auto market , petrol Also announced allotment of designated land for pump , service station , restaurant etc.
The Chief Minister was hearing the problems of the shopkeepers after a surprise inspection of Sirsa’s auto market today .
The Chief Minister said that 210 new shops will be constructed in the auto market with an investment of 7 crores and these shops will be allotted through auction . These shops will be distributed only to those people who are working in the field related to this sector . In this way, the right people will get the benefit of the shops and the auto market will also develop completely .
The Chief Minister said that an auction will also be held soon to set up a petrol pump on the land of the designated petrol pump in the auto market . Its minimum base price will be kept at 9 crore rupees so that people nearby can get its full benefit . He said that 36 shops have been constructed on about one acre of land by the Municipal Council in Auto Market, which will be auctioned to the shopkeepers according to the collector rate .
The Chief Minister said that space has also been allocated for two service stations and a restaurant in the auto market . This land will also be sold through auction . In this way, the auto market will be equipped with all the facilities .
The Chief Minister reached the Sirsa Auto Market and inspected the market established 38 years ago and heard the problems of the shopkeepers . The ongoing problems in this market built in 1985 have been resolved .
After this, the Chief Minister met more than 750 families displaced by the Housing Board from Thehar and heard their problems . The Chief Minister said that according to the orders of the court, the families who were temporarily settled in the flats of the Housing Board with the land of the Archeology Department . They will soon be given 100-100 yard plots by purchasing land in Salarpur village .
The Chief Minister said that the recruitment of Group D will be completed by next month and the Haryana government will soon give employment to the youth . After this, the journalists of Sirsa offered a shawl to the Chief Minister and expressed their gratitude for increasing the pension .
After that Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal inspected the Sirsa grain market and reviewed the crop procurement and also heard the problems of farmers and traders . On the problem of sewage , the Chief Minister announced the construction of a new sewage system in Mandi . The Chief Minister Minister said that the repair work in all the mandis of the state will be done by the market committee , for which the mandi shopkeepers will have to pay a fixed annual fee . This fee will be determined according to the market .
