After the review, Mr. Dushyant Chautala directed the officials that remodeling and rehabilitation of the Nohar feeder going to Rajasthan through Sirsa district should be done so that water reaches the tail. He said that a letter will also be written to the Rajasthan government for remodeling and rehabilitation of this feeder which falls within the state of Rajasthan. Similarly, rehabilitation of Sirsa district’s Baruwali distributorship and rehabilitation of Fatehabad branch from RD 220000 to RD 301000 in the first phase and from RD 160000 to RD 220000 in the second phase.
He said that with the above work, there will be no leakage and wasteful flow of canal water used for irrigation and water will reach the tail, which will also benefit the farmers of Nohar Vidhan Sabha of Rajasthan apart from Sirsa district.
