Under the provisions of the NDPS Act, a new Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed under the leadership of DGP Harcharan Singh Bhullar from Patiala to conduct an investigation into a case filed two years ago in Mohali. The SIT has initiated action in this regard. The SIT has summoned former Akali minister Bikram Singh Majithia for questioning, and he has been asked to appear at the DGP’s office in Patiala on January 16th.
