Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that several tax reforms have been implemented in the past 10 years, which have resulted in the collection of record revenue. After inaugurating the Customs and Narcotics Academy (NACIN) in Palasmudram, Sri Satyasai District, the Prime Minister addressed a rally. He said that the misuse of taxpayers’ money is being curbed and any funds collected are being returned to the people in various ways. Modi said, “Several reforms have been made in the tax system in the past decade. Previously, there were different tax systems that were difficult for the common people to understand.
