On February 13, in the national capital, the proposed ‘Delhi Chalo’ rally by farmers has led to tightened security at Singhu, Ghazipur, and Tikri borders, as well as restrictions on protests. Cement barriers and fortified roads have been set up at Delhi’s borders to prevent vehicles from entering the city. As a result, this morning, there was an impact on the movement in the border areas of Delhi, causing inconvenience to travelers. Majority of farmer unions from Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab have given a call to protest on February 13, demanding the enactment of laws, including guaranteeing minimum support prices (MSP) for crops, and putting pressure on the central government.
