In the northern region of India, the fields of the Ganges are currently covered in dense fog, and the cold weather continues to prevail. The fog has affected the traffic on roads, airways, and railways. According to satellite images, the fog has spread from Punjab to northeastern India. The railway authorities have reported that due to the fog, more than 30 trains coming to Delhi are running at least six hours late. In the past 15 days, the fog has adversely affected the roads, railways, and airways in the northern and northeastern regions of the country during the morning hours. Delhi airport has experienced delays of more than 100 flights and had to change the route of 5 flights.
