New Delhi, June 11 (Press ki taquat bureau): The upcoming ICC Champions Trophy in 2025 is scheduled to take place in Pakistan, but the Indian team has expressed their reluctance to travel to the country for the tournament. This decision stems from the strained relations between India and Pakistan, which have prevented India from participating in cricket tournaments held in Pakistan since 2008.
Given the ongoing tensions, the Indian team has conveyed their request to the International Cricket Council to relocate the matches to either Sri Lanka or Dubai. This move is aimed at ensuring the safety and security of the players and officials, as well as maintaining the integrity of the tournament.
