Patiala, 02-05-2023 (press ki taquat)– Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University organized an induction program for newly admitted students. On this occasion, the vice chancellor of the university Prof. Karamjit Singh said “The induction program will facilitate learners from different backgrounds and give students more information about the courses. Students were introduced to Learning Management System, Academic Bank of Credit System, Assignment and Exam Pattern. Dr Navleen Multani, Head, School of Languages, motivated the students to publish research articles while advancing academic programmes. ER Jyotsana explains how to navigate the digital resources provided by the university. The placement cell informed the students about job and internship opportunities in the session.
Students from Punjab participated in the orientation sessions. Prof. Kanwalbir Singh Dhindsa, COE, Heads of all schools, Coordinators and faculty of JGND PSU were present during the induction programme.
