Haryana, 22-04-23 (Press Ki Taquat)– The Haryana government has cleared the report given by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed by some media organizations to investigate the land transfer case between M/s Skylight Hospitality and M/s DLF Universal Limited. The news about claiming the chit has been termed as fabricated and untrue.

A spokesperson of the police department while giving more information about this said that the above matter is still under investigation. The SIT is still procuring more relevant documents and investigating several persons involved in the case.

The spokesperson also clarified that the scope of the SIT investigation is not limited to the investigation of loss of property, the objective of the investigation is to find out the involvement of all those who are involved in the criminal conspiracy for the purpose of giving high financial benefits to some individuals. are included in

He stated that as per the report of the Tehsildar of Manesar, M/s Skylight Hospitality has sold 3.5 acres (disputed land of Vasika No. 1435) to M/s DLF Universal Limited on 19.09.2012 and this transfer of land has been made as per Indian Registration Act, 1908. And no rule has been described in the above transaction. The spokesperson said that this report of the Tehsildar is being mistakenly presented as a clean chit by some newspapers.

The spokesperson also said that the Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh is closely monitoring the investigation of cases involving MPs and MLAs. In this regard, progress reports are being regularly submitted from CWUP-PIL No. 29 of 2021 titled Court’s own motion v. State of Punjab and others. The progress report of FIR No.288/2018, Police Station Kherkidaula, Gurugram was also a part of the comprehensive reply filed by the State in this case and is wrongly treated as a clean chit.

The spokesperson said that the SIT was reconstituted last month after a serious review of the investigation by senior police officers. Along with the Mall, two experienced senior civil officers with expertise in town and country planning matters have also been roped in with the SIT to speed up the investigation.
