The redeveloped ITPO complex is one of the top 10 exhibition and convention complexes in the world, with a grand seating arrangement of 7,000 seats.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the inaugural event of the redeveloped India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) complex in Pragati Maidan on Wednesday. The complex will house the G20 leaders’ meeting in September.At the inauguration ceremony, the Prime Minister performed a Hawan Pujan in the building, also called the Pragati Maidan complex, in the presence of several Union Ministers. He was also seen felicitating ‘shramjeevis’ during the event.
