Odisha, 17 September 2024 (Press Ki Taquat Bureau)

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized that empowering women is essential for the development of Odisha, highlighting that the third NDA government at the Centre has implemented numerous initiatives for their benefit within its first 100 days.

Speaking at a rally in Bhubaneswar, he noted that the BJP’s pre-election commitments are being realized swiftly.

“In the initial 100 days of the third NDA administration, significant measures have been introduced to support the poor, farmers, youth, and particularly to enhance women’s status,” PM Modi stated while inaugurating the Odisha government’s flagship Subhadra Yojana, which focuses on women’s welfare.

This initiative will provide eligible beneficiaries aged 21 to 60 years with Rs 50,000 over five years, from 2024-25 to 2028-29.
