Dubai, August 26 (Press ki taquat bureau): The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced a revised schedule for the upcoming Women’s T20 World Cup, revealing that India will face its long-standing rival Pakistan on October 6. This highly anticipated tournament is set to commence on October 3. Originally planned to take place in Bangladesh, the event was relocated due to security concerns raised by numerous players amid ongoing political instability in the region. The matches will be held exclusively in Dubai and Sharjah, where a total of 23 games are slated to occur. The group allocations remain unchanged, with the defending champions, Australia, placed in the same group as India, New Zealand, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, Group B consists of South Africa, England, West Indies, Bangladesh, and Scotland.
