In the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, there will be a tough competition between the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) regarding the distribution of seats. According to sources, this meeting will be held to discuss the release of senior Congress leader Mukul Wasnik. Both parties have already discussed the seat distribution in relation to Wasnik’s release last week. The meeting lasted for about two and a half hours, and the leaders decided to meet again. Under the leadership of the BJP, opposition parties have formed the ‘India’ alliance to contest the Lok Sabha elections. Gopal Rai, senior AAP leader and convener of the party’s Delhi unit, said on Tuesday that his party has decided to form an alliance with the Congress in Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, and Goa to contest the elections. Sources claim that the AAP wants to contest elections on seven seats in Delhi and also wants to form an alliance with Congress in other states.
