Shahkot, March 20 (Press Ki Taquat) – Police have arrested Amritpal Singh’s uncle Harjit Singh along with his driver in Shahkot area of the state. A Mercedes car has also been recovered. Harjit gave an interview on a Punjabi web channel last night. To instill confidence in the people, the Punjab Police conducted flag marches across the state in search of successor Punjab chief Amritpal Singh. Police and paramilitary forces took out flag marches in Amritsar, Pathankot, Sangrur, Mohali, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Batala, Kapurthala, Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran, Barnala and other parts of the state and heavy security was deployed across the state. The local administration has imposed Section 144 to avoid the gathering.
