The Indian women’s cricket team ended the first home session of Test cricket in 28 years by defeating the host Australian team by eight wickets. On the last day of the match, India performed brilliantly with both bat and ball. The Indian bowlers took five wickets of Australia by giving 28 runs in the morning due to which the host team was limited to 261 runs in the innings. India got a target of 75 runs which they achieved by scoring 75 runs for two wickets in the 19th over.
