Uni of Worcester soon to partner with CGC Landran
\n Mohali 24 November (Gurnam Sagar) : After the UK Government announced the Post Study Work Visa for the International students which
\npermit them to work for upto 2 years after completing their degrees, there has been a rapid increase
\nin the intake of the international students. Earlier the graduates with bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degrees
\nwere allowed to work for only four months.\u00a0This was stated by Head of International
\nPartnerships,\u00a0University of Worcester, John Gardener who was here at Chandigarh Group of
\nColleges, Landran. Such welcoming policies are bringing back the interest of international students in
\nUK and also increasing their job prospects, he added.
\nThe University of Worcester which welcomes more than 700 international students every year from
\n70 different nationalities has exchange Partners from USA, Europe, China, Australia, New Zealand,
\nJapan is now foreseeing to become a partner with CGC. John encouraged Indian students to apply
\nfor the study exchange programs wherein they would be enrolled with the University of Worcester
\nafter completing one year from the partner institute. He was accompanied by Anand Patil,\u00a0Regional
