He said that a man is not identified by his birth but by his deeds, so Guru Ravidas ji exhorted people to work for the society by rising above caste and creed.<\/span><\/span> Ravidas ji was brave and a devotee of God since childhood but later he had to struggle a lot due to the discrimination created by the upper caste.<\/span><\/span> Saint Ravidas ji had said in a couplet while attacking many evils spread in the society that<\/span><\/span> Due to the birth of Ravidas, no one would have been mean.<\/span><\/span> Nar ku neech kari dari hai, onche karam ki keech.<\/span><\/span> The Governor said that the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is working on the mantra of \u201cSabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas\u201d, taking forward the thought of social harmony.<\/span><\/span> The Central Government is making efforts to make Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe women self-reliant.<\/span><\/span> The government is providing bank loan facility from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 1 crore to women entrepreneurs under the Stand-up India scheme.<\/span><\/span> Under this, the Central Government has approved about one lakh twenty thousand loan applications for an amount of more than twenty six thousand crore rupees.<\/span><\/span> He said that the birth anniversaries of all saints and great men are being officially celebrated by the Haryana government, including Kabir Das, Maharishi Valmiki, Guru Ravidas, Guru Gobind Singh, Guru Nanak Dev and other great men.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
