\u00a0Patiala,08-02-23(Press Ki Taquat):<\/strong> The Punjab government has appealed to the people of Punjab, students, teachers, citizens, doctors, medical staff and workers of social service organizations to keep first aid kits in their vehicles so that the injured and unconscious persons can be saved from dying by giving proper first aid on the spot during road accidents.<\/span><\/span> Yes, the efforts of Chief Minister of Punjab Government and Education Minister of Punjab Government Dr. Balveer Singh are very good and commendable.<\/span><\/span> Because every day more than 100 people are getting injured due to accidents on the roads of Punjab.<\/span><\/span> Out of these 100, 15\/20\/25 victims are dying every day.<\/span><\/span> 30\/40% of the victims suffer such serious injuries, especially internal head injuries, including two-wheeler driving without a helmet or turban on the head, hitting the head with a hard object during car-bus accidents, causing brain damage to victims.<\/span><\/span> Swelling in the brain due to blood clots, brain concussion, such victims are suffering from coma or paralysis, secondly, spinal cord injuries, thirdly, rib injuries, amputation of legs and arms, they live life as disabled for a long time.<\/span><\/span> The third type of injury has very minor injuries and is treated with bandages.<\/span><\/span> The Punjab government has requested the public that those who come forward to help the victims under the Helping Angel scheme to save the victims of road accidents from dying will be honored by the government with two thousand rupees and a certificate of appreciation.<\/span><\/span> Now what are the causes of death due to road accidents, the main causes of sudden deaths of any human being are when the victims suddenly stop breathing, the heart stops beating which is called cardiac arrest in the medical field, the third cause<\/span><\/span> If the brain stops working due to lack of oxygen glucose supply to the brain, if a foreign object gets stuck in someone’s airway, if blood is vomited in the airway, broken teeth or tongue is lost, then the victims die within four to five minutes due to these reasons.<\/span><\/span> may be<\/span><\/span> The fourth reason is excessive blood flow from the body, a human being has 4\/5\/6 liters of blood out of which more than 40 percent of the blood is lost to the heart and brain due to lack of blood and oxygen glucose in the blood leading to cardiac arrest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
