\u00a0<\/strong>Chandigarh, Digital Desk (Press Ki Taquat Bureau):<\/strong> Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains is going to tie the knot soon.<\/span><\/span> Harjot Singh will marry SP Jyoti Yadav this month.<\/span><\/span> Jyoti Yadav is a 2019 batch IPS officer of the Indian Police Service.<\/span><\/span> Harjot Singh Bains is the first-time MLA from Anandpur Sahib, while IPS Jyoti Yadav is the SP from Mansa.<\/span><\/span> Speaker of Punjab Vidhan Sabha Kultar Singh Sandhawan has wished for the engagement of Harjot Singh Bains by tweeting.<\/span><\/span> AAP MLA Harjot Singh Bains will marry IPS officer Jyoti Yadav later this month.<\/span><\/span> He said that both of them got engaged recently.<\/span><\/span> But the wedding date has not been announced yet.<\/span><\/span> Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhawan congratulated Bains and Yadav and wrote on his Twitter handle that Nanak Satguru has created a new addition.<\/span><\/span> All the best to Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains and Dr. Jyoti IPS who will start a new journey of life in the coming days for this golden journey.<\/span><\/span> Bains, who became MLA for the first time from Anandpur Sahib constituency in Rupnagar district, is currently the Education Minister in Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s government.<\/span><\/span> 32-year-old Harjot Singh Bains is a lawyer by profession.<\/span><\/span> He is a resident of Gambhirpur village of Anandpur Sahib.<\/span><\/span> In the 2017 elections, he contested from Sahnewal constituency.<\/span><\/span> Bains has earlier led the youth wing of AAP in the state.<\/span><\/span> He completed BA LLB (Hons) from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2014.<\/span><\/span> He also received a Certificate in International Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics in 2018.<\/span><\/span> Punjab cadre IPS officer Jyoti Yadav is currently posted as Superintendent of Police in Mansa district.<\/span><\/span> Yadav, who hails from Gurugram in Haryana, hit the headlines last year after a public spat with AAP MLA Rajinderpal Kaur Chhina.<\/span><\/span> Who has accused the IPS officer of conducting a search operation in his constituency without informing him.<\/span><\/span> The then Assistant Commissioner of Police of Ludhiana Jyoti Yadav told the MLA of Ludhiana Deccan that he was instructed by the Commissioner of Police to conduct a search operation against anti-social elements.<\/span><\/span> After AAP came to power in Punjab last year, Mann has married Gurpreet Kaur.<\/span><\/span> Meanwhile, AAP MLAs Narinder Kaur Bharj and Narinderpal Singh Savana also got married.<\/span><\/span> According to the information received from the party sources, many political figures will attend the wedding of Harjot Bains.<\/span><\/span> In addition to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, many big leaders will participate in it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
