The focus of the training was to equip the nodal officers from various departments with the necessary skills to enhance their efficiency of using the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS). Over 100 state nodal officers participated in the workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The workshop was held on the directions of Governance Reforms and Public Grievances Minister Mr. Aman Arora as a part of initiatives being taken by the department towards refining the grievance redressal system in the state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The comprehensive training session delved into both theoretical insights and practical knowledge related to the effective utilization of the PGRS platform. Participants were educated on the crucial significance of timely and efficient grievance redressal, emphasizing the need for diligent and transparent handling of citizens&#8217; grievances.
