\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) on Thursday nabbed a Driver, Jaspal Singh alias Lucky, deputed at Government Ambulance of Gurdaspur Civil Hospital, for accepting a bribe of Rs 4000. The accused has been arrested on the complaint of a private ambulance\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0driver Rajesh Kumar.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Divulging details here today, an official spokesperson of the VB said that Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Gurdaspur had lodged a complaint that Government Ambulance driver Jaspal Singh was demanding a share out of fare being received by private ambulance drivers for transporting patients to other cities.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0After preliminary investigation of the complaint, he said that a team of VB Unit Gurdaspur laid a trap and arrested the accused driver while accepting a bribe of Rs 4000 from the complainant in the presence of official witnesses.<\/p>\n
