The walls of these schools have been decorated in such a way\u00a0that\u00a0an educational environment has been created by painting teaching materials on the walls. With this, students can learn by seeing\u00a0,\u00a0reading and through pencil. The entire building has been converted into a prop. He told that under the new education policy, we are preparing such educational institutions in the state\u00a0,\u00a0in which education will be provided from KG class of small children to PG class of young students. In this way, complete education will be available under one roof.\u00a0Admissions have been done under KG to PG scheme\u00a0in four universities of the state, Bhagat Phool Singh Girls University\u00a0,\u00a0Khanpur Kalan\u00a0,\u00a0Kurukshetra University\u00a0,\u00a0Kurukshetra\u00a0,\u00a0Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University\u00a0,\u00a0Hisar and Maharishi Dayanand University\u00a0,\u00a0Rohtak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The process of opening Model Culture Primary School<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>was started in<\/strong>\u00a02017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The\u00a0Chief\u00a0Minister called upon the parents to\u00a0inspire their children to move forward in the field in which they are proficient.\u00a0Let the child decide for himself\u00a0what he will become in future\u00a0.\u00a0Give your full support in building his career. He inspired the parents of children to narrate inspirational stories of great men like Maharaj Shivaji.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal said that we had started the process of opening Government Model Sanskriti Primary School in the state in 2017 with the aim of providing high quality education to the children of the poorest of the poor families from the primary level\u00a0itself\u00a0.\u00a0At that time, a Government Model Sanskriti Primary School (Bag Free School) was opened in each of the\u00a0119\u00a0blocks\u00a0of the state\u00a0.\u00a0Seeing the success of these schools in providing education, members of school management committees\u00a0,\u00a0panchayats. Demands for opening more model culture schools began to arise from educationists and public representatives. We expanded these schools on their demand and today their number\u00a0has\u00a0increased to\u00a01,419\u00a0. More than\u00a03\u00a0lakh students are studying\u00a0in these schools\u00a0.\u00a0This proves that these schools are currently competing tough with private schools.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Education is free in model culture schools<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Chief Minister said that for students whose parents&#8217; annual income\u00a0is up to Rs\u00a01\u00a0lakh\u00a080\u00a0thousand\u00a0,\u00a0education in Model Culture Schools is free.\u00a065\u00a0percent of the students\u00a0studying in these schools\u00a0are from poor families. We have started Chirag Yojana to provide education to the children of such families in private schools also. Under this scheme, students from economically weaker families are admitted\u00a0from\u00a0class\u00a02\u00a0to\u00a012\u00a0.\u00a0The government pays the fees of these children. Under this, so far\u00a02,474\u00a0children have been enrolled in recognized private schools. In order to reduce the study pressure on children from class 1 to class 2 in these schools, no homework is given to them. The medium of instruction in these schools has been both English and Hindi.\u00a0For\u00a0children who want to get education through English medium\u00a0,\u00a0the medium of at least one section in every class is English. The foundation of children&#8217;s education can be strengthened at the primary level. This has also been emphasized in the National Education Policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said that\u00a0&#8216;\u00a0along with bookish knowledge in schools, moral education with values \u200b\u200bis the main basis of nation building. Taking this thinking forward, the Haryana Government has established Government Model Culture Schools in the state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He appealed to the parents to take a pledge that they will provide their children with full love\u00a0,\u00a0care and education as per the need of the present time.
