32523 machinery has\u00a0been\u00a0made\u00a0available\u00a0to\u00a0individual\u00a0Karjai\u00a0farmers\u00a0on\u00a040-50\u00a0percent\u00a0grant\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0year\u00a02014-15\u00a0till\u00a0now\u00a0undertheSAMIM\u00a0Yojana\u00a0.<\/strong><\/p>\n

More\u00a0than\u00a0315\u00a0crore\u00a0rupees\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0provided\u00a0as\u00a0subsidy\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0farmers\u00a0__<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chandigarh\u00a0,\u00a0October 27 (Press Ki Taquat)<\/strong>– The progress of any state and country will be possible only\u00a0when its breadwinner becomes prosperous\u00a0.\u00a0With this thought, the Haryana government is ensuring the progress of the farmers of the state through continuous innovation and new initiatives for the welfare of the farmers\u00a0.\u00a0Under the guidance of Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal, the state government is also providing access to the market from the distribution of superior seeds to the farmers under the concept of seed to market\u00a0.\u00a0The Chief Minister himself is from a farmer family\u00a0,\u00a0he knows the struggle of farmers and their problems very well\u00a0.\u00a0Therefore, they\u00a0are continuously ensuring the implementation of government schemes at\u00a0the ground level under the welfare of farmers,\u00a0so that the farmers can take maximum benefit of the welfare schemes being run for them\u00a0.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The state government\u00a0has taken various steps to make quality certified seeds available to the farmers at the\u00a0right rate\u00a0.\u00a0Seed distribution grants are being provided on\u00a0purchase of certified seeds of various crops to encourage farmers to adopt newly released certified varieties\u00a0.\u00a0The grant is provided indirectly to all farmers who\u00a0purchase seeds from seed sales centers of\u00a0HASDC,\u00a0AHL RDC\u00a0,\u00a0HAIC\u00a0,\u00a0HAFED\u00a0,\u00a0HAU\u00a0,\u00a0NSC\u00a0, IFFCO\/IFDC and NFL\u00a0.\u00a0From October 2019 to 31 March 2020, a total of Rs. 45 crores and during the year 2020-21, a total of Rs. 55 crores have been distributed under the RKVY scheme and the State Plan scheme\u00a0.\u00a0When in the financial year 2021-22, about 6 lakh quintals of seeds have been distributed through various government agencies\u00a0,\u00a0for which about Rs. 64.70 crores have been made available by the government through the department to various government agencies\u00a0.\u00a0For\u00a0the year\u00a02022-23\u00a0, an amount of Rs. 58 crores has been distributed under the RKVY scheme and the State Plan scheme\u00a0under the issuance of grants for\u00a0the seeds of crops of the Rabi 2022-23 season\u00a0of the previous year\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Subsidy<\/strong>\u00a0of<\/strong>\u00a0more<\/strong>\u00a0than<\/strong>\u00a0315<\/strong>\u00a0crore<\/strong>\u00a0rupees<\/strong>\u00a0given<\/strong>\u00a0to<\/strong>\u00a0farmers<\/strong>\u00a0under<\/strong>\u00a0Samam<\/strong>\u00a0Yojana<\/strong>_<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In today’s era, agricultural business is becoming a profitable sector with the prevalence of new technologies in the agricultural sector\u00a0.\u00a0Therefore, the government is constantly making farmers aware to encourage advanced technologies in agriculture\u00a0.\u00a0For this, to encourage mechanization in the state,\u00a0under the Sub-Mission on Agriculture Mechanization (SAME) scheme,\u00a032,523 machinery\u00a0has been made available\u00a0to individual Karjai farmers\u00a0on a 40-50\u00a0percent grant\u00a0from\u00a0the year 2014-15 and 472\u00a0machinery banks have been established\u00a0.\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0done\u00a0More than 315 crore rupees have been provided as subsidy to the farmers of the state\u00a0.\u00a0In\u00a0the year\u00a02022-23,\u00a02330 machines\u00a0have been given\u00a0by farmers\u00a0on 40-50\u00a0percent grant\u00a0.\u00a0Apart from this\u00a0,\u00a0a provision of Rs.53 crore has been made\u00a0by the Government of India under the implementation of the scheme in\u00a0the year\u00a02023-24\u00a0.<\/p>\n

50<\/strong>\u00a0%<\/strong>\u00a0to<\/strong>\u00a080<\/strong>\u00a0%<\/strong>\u00a0grant<\/strong>\u00a0to<\/strong>farmers<\/strong>\u00a0on<\/strong>inputs<\/strong>\u00a0for<\/strong>\u00a0crop<\/strong>\u00a0residue<\/strong>\u00a0management<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/strong>\u00a0_<\/strong>\u00a0_<\/strong>_<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Chief Minister believes that there is a need for comprehensive management of crop residues\u00a0.\u00a0Understanding this challenge, the government\u00a0is giving\u00a050\u00a0percent to\u00a080 percent\u00a0grant\u00a0to farmers on materials, besides making them aware of crop residue management\u00a0.\u00a0Under this,\u00a041331\u00a0crop residue management materials\u00a0were made available on\u00a050\u00a0percent grant\u00a0to individual loan farmers\u00a0from 2018-19\u00a0to\u00a02021-22 to prevent pollution from crop residue dumping in the National Capital Region and 6775\u00a0custom hiring centers\u00a080\u00a0have been established on\u00a0a per cent grant\u00a0.\u00a0More than 584 crore rupees have been provided as subsidy\u00a0to the farmers of the state\u00a0.\u00a0In\u00a0the year\u00a02022-23,\u00a07294\u00a0farmers purchased crop residue management agricultural tools\u00a0at\u00a0a grant of 82 crores\u00a0.\u00a0Not only this,\u00a0in the year 2023-24, the Government of India has made a provision of 300 crore rupees under the implementation of the plan\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Soil<\/strong>health<\/strong>\u00a0testing<\/strong>\u00a0lab<\/strong>\u00a0is being<\/strong>\u00a0done<\/strong>\u00a0as<\/strong>\u00a0an<\/strong>\u00a0aid<\/strong>\u00a0to<\/strong>\u00a0farmers<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Answer Identifying soil fertilizer is very important for agricultural production\u00a0,\u00a0but soil health testing is a difficult process\u00a0.\u00a0Under this objective, the Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal announced the Every Farm-Healthy Farm campaign\u00a0,\u00a0under which soil health cards will be given to all farmers after collecting soil samples from every acre of the state in three-four years\u00a0.\u00a0Around 55 lakh soil samples have been collected so far in the state under the Har Khet-Healthy Farm campaign and their analysis\u00a0is in\u00a0progress\u00a0.\u00a0Soil\u00a0,\u00a0water\u00a0,\u00a0pesticide and fertilizer training labs have been set up\u00a0in the state to speed up the process of soil health testing\u00a0.\u00a0Under this, 52\u00a0(\u00a0static lab)\u00a054 (\u00a0mini)\u00a0for soil health,\u00a03 for pesticide\u00a0,\u00a03 for fertilizer and 2 for seed testing have been established\u00a0.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
