Now Chandigarh administration also seems to be alert regarding this. Chandigarh administration has again imposed restrictions in view of the new variant of Corona. People have been instructed to wear masks. Along with this, people have been advised to avoid going to crowded areas.<\/p>\n
Chandigarh administration issued these instructions
\n\u2022 Doctors, paramedics and other health care workers as well as patients and their families will have to wear masks inside health facilities.
\n\u2022 Cover nose and mouth with handkerchief\/tissue while sneezing and coughing.
\n\u2022 Throw away used tissues in a closed container immediately after use.
\n\u2022 Practice washing hands frequently. Wash hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand rub.
\n\u2022 Limit personal contact if suffering from respiratory diseases.
\n\u2022 If you feel unwell, have fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, consult a doctor. Wear a mask to cover your mouth and nose when going to the doctor.
\n\u2022 Get your Covid test done if symptoms of corona appear. After getting the Covid test done, keep yourself isolated for seven days. If there is any problem, inform your nearest health center.
\n\u2022 Apart from this, avoid taking any medicine without doctor’s advice.
\n\u2022 Keep the elderly and children away from crowded and poorly ventilated places.
\n\u2022 Avoid repeatedly touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.<\/p>\n
