District and Sessions Judge cum Chairperson, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala alongwith Ms Manni Arora, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala inspected Central Jail, Patiala, New District Jail, Nabha and Open Air Jail, Nabha. During the visits, Ms Rupinderjit Chahal, Ld. District and Sessions Judge interacted with the jails inmates regarding their grievances\/problems being faced by them. Jail Superintendent, other officers and staff of the jails were instructed to ensure timely redressal of their grievances\/problems.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 During these visits, legal awareness programmes were also held by Ms Manni Arora, CJM cum Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala with the jail inmates of Central Jail, Patiala, \u00a0New District Jail, Nabha and Open Air Jail, Nabha. During these programmes, jail inmates were made aware about plea bargaining, free legal services and persons who are entitled for getting free legal aid.<\/p>\n
