The factory also did not have adequate safety measures in place to handle emergencies like explosions.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation found that the blast was caused by a spark and workers who were not wearing synthetic clothes suffered fewer burn injuries. The committee, along with technical experts, reviewed CCTV footage, interviewed workers, and inspected the site to determine the cause of the explosion and identify other safety lapses.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 39 workers were injured in the explosion, with the death toll reaching seven.
