Ms Rupinderjit Chahal, Ld. District and Sessions Judge cum Chairperson, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala accompanied by Ms. Manni Arora, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, \u00a0District Legal Services Authority, Patiala, conducted the inspection of the Central Jail, Patiala, New District Jail, Nabha and Open Air Jail, Nabha. During the thorough inspection, Ms Rupinderjit Chahal personally visited barracks of the jails. In an effort to address the concerns of the inmates, the Hon\u2019ble Judge engaged in meaningful conversations with them. Directives were issued to the Jail Superintendents, as well as other officers and staff, emphasizing the importance of promptly resolving the grievances and problems faced by the inmates. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring adequate health and medical facilities for the inmates.<\/p>\n
