The court mandated that all relevant records be presented at the next hearing, which is scheduled for October 3.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that Amritpal Singh and Daljeet Singh Kalsi are currently incarcerated in Dibrugarh jail. A petition has been filed on their behalf, asserting that the reapplication of the NSA against them is unjust.
