Congress MP Manickam Tagore on Thursday submitted an Adjournment Motion seeking discussion on the SIR of electoral rolls in Bihar being conducted by the Election Commission of India.<\/p>\n
In his notice, Tagore highlighted the exercise as an “act of mass disenfranchisement” which was nothing short of “institutional voter cleansing” orchestrated under the Modi Government.<\/p>\n
