Patiala (Raftaar News Bureau) : SSP Patiala Mr Mandeep Singh Sidhu Informed that FIR no 90 dated 3.6.2020 u/s 420 IPC & 7 EC Act 1955 has been registered at PS Anaj Mandi Patiala on complaint of Jaspinder Kaur, Seed Inspector cum Agriculture Development Officer , Block Patiala against Radhey Shyam c/o Ms Vishnu Seed Store, Anaj Mandi PTL regarding duping of farmers by above accused by selling of PR 128 and PR 129 paddy variety seeds without authorisation and at inflated Price.
Agriculture department had seized 93 bags (10 kg each) of PR 128 and PR 129 variety paddy seeds from his shop which he was selling in unauthorised manner at inflated price.
Accused Radhey Shyam is arrested & further investigation is being carried on
