Chandigarh, April 22 (Press ki taquat bureau): On Monday, the Supreme Court granted permission for a 14-year-old alleged rape survivor to undergo a medical termination of her nearly 30-week pregnancy, overturning the Bombay High Court’s decision.
The Supreme Court directed the Dean of Lokmanya Tilak Hospital in Mumbai to assemble a team of doctors to carry out the termination procedure for the minor rape survivor.
