The idol is adorned with the symbols of Om, Ganesha, Chakra, Shankh, Mace, Swastika, and Hanuman.
The ceremony for the consecration of Lord Ram at the Ram Temple began on January 16th. According to officials of the Ram Temple Trust, the ceremonies will continue until January 21st, and necessary rituals will be conducted for the installation of Lord Ram’s idol. The ceremonies are being conducted under the guidance of 121 ‘Acharyas’.
The consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple will commence at 12:20 PM on January 22nd and conclude at 1 PM. In fact, thousands of people, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will be present at the consecration ceremony. According to news agency PTI, the idol of Lord Ram, sculpted by Arun Yogiraj from Mysore, is 51 inches tall.
