Chandigarh, June 28 (Press ki taquat bureau): The Bharatiya Janata Party’s senior leadership is reportedly dissatisfied with the results of the Lok Sabha elections, where the party secured only five out of 10 seats in the state. Consequently, the central leadership has decided to take control of the upcoming Assembly elections.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Panchkula tomorrow to finalize the campaign strategy for the elections. It has been emphasized that the central leaders will closely monitor and guide the election process.
Despite the fact that the elections are still several months away, the BJP is initiating its campaign by engaging with grassroots leaders. Reports suggest that around 50 elected representatives from various civic bodies and Panchayati Raj institutions across the 90 Assembly seats have been invited for an internal meeting.
