Jalandhar, July 12 (Press ki taquat bureau): Jalandhar Police has apprehended Harpreet Singh, the sibling of self-proclaimed Khalistan advocate and Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh, as well as two other individuals after discovering 4 gm of Ice (methamphetamine) in their possession. According to SSP Ankur Gupta, an FIR has been filed against the suspects, who were identified as Harpreet, Lovepreet Singh, and Sandeep Arora, after they were intercepted in their vehicle at a checkpoint in Phillaur.
Sandeep Arora, who is originally from Ludhiana, is believed to be the source of the illegal substance for the group. Harpreet and Lovepreet Singh were caught in the act of preparing to consume narcotics, leading to their subsequent positive results in a drug test conducted in Phillaur. The trio’s arrest underscores the ongoing efforts by law enforcement to crack down on drug-related activities in the region.
