The government is set to hold an all-party meeting on Thursday to discuss the outcomes of “Operation Sindoor” and its subsequent developments. This gathering comes as a follow-up to a previous meeting held just two weeks ago, reflecting the increasing tensions between India and Pakistan, particularly in light of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam on April 22. Key government officials participating in the briefing include Union ministers Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, S. Jaishankar, J.P. Nadda, and Nirmala Sitharaman, who will provide insights into the operation’s effectiveness and the strategic implications moving forward. On the opposition side, prominent leaders such as Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge from the Congress party, Sandip Bandyopadhyay representing the Trinamool Congress, and T.R. Baalu from the DMK will also be present, indicating a collaborative effort to address national security concerns amidst a backdrop of heightened geopolitical tensions.
