the strike called by the Haryana Roadways employees did not have a significant impact on the state as most buses continued to operate on their usual routes. However, in Yamunanagar, several Haryana Roadways buses remained non-operational, while private buses continued to ply as usual. Phool Kumar, a senior leader of Haryana Roadways Sanjha Morcha, expressed that the strike was a result of the government’s failure to meet their demands, leaving them with no choice but to resort to this action.
The strike in Karnal did not have a significant effect on the overall situation. However, in Faridabad, both government and private buses continued to operate normally without any disruptions. It is worth noting that only a small number of employees from the local depot chose to abstain from work during this time, indicating that the strike had minimal impact on their daily operations.
The bus service in Gurugram remained unaffected as only a small number of employees participated in the strike, resulting in no disruption to the daily operations. The strike had minimal impact in Jhajjar and Bahadurgarh, with no noticeable consequences observed in these areas.
