HARYANA, FEBRUARY 6 (press ki taquat bureau):
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has provided significant relief to the Haryana government and the Staff Selection Commission by clearing the way for the recruitment of 20,000 Group C posts. In the High Court, the Advocate General of Haryana assured that vacant positions would be kept for the petitioners during the recruitment process. In light of this information, the High Court has lifted the stay imposed on February 1st and granted permission to declare the results for various positions and proceed with the recruitment process.During the filing of the petition, Prashant Dhul and others informed the High Court that the government is recruiting for 32,000 positions in Group C. However, during the recruitment process, the petitioners applied on the website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission but their applications were not accepted. As a result, they were unable to apply for various positions despite being eligible. On February 1st, the High Court had put a stay on the announcement of the recruitment results. Then, on Monday, when the hearing of the case began, the Advocate General of Haryana appeared and stated that the government wants to complete this recruitment quickly so that the vacant positions in the state can be filled. The recruitment of approximately 12,000 positions in two categories of Group C is currently on hold due to the stay order from the division bench. The recruitment for the remaining 20,000 positions has been halted due to the interim order issued by the High Court on February 1st.
