Buckingham Palace released a statement on Monday, revealing that the 75-year-old king had received the diagnosis following a hospital procedure for a benign prostate enlargement. King Charles III ascended to the throne last year following the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.The palace has officially announced that while undergoing a medical procedure to address benign prostate enlargement, another matter of concern was discovered.
