The warning from The Heritage Foundation was outlined in a report that was made public on Thursday. The report was the result of a role-playing exercise conducted by the group, which aimed to simulate various scenarios that could unfold both before and after the 2024 election.
According to the report, the Heritage Foundation believes that the Biden Administration has displayed a pattern of lawlessness, particularly in areas such as border control, staffing decisions, and a tendency to defy court rulings.
