Mohali, May 23 (Press ki taquat bureau): Residents of Sunny Enclave reached their breaking point on Wednesday night due to frequent and lengthy power cuts. In an act of frustration, they staged a protest at the Kharar substation, demanding an explanation for the daily outages. As the situation grew tense in the darkness, PCR vehicles arrived to calm the angry residents. Despite an hour-long negotiation with substation employees, no resolution was reached, and the protesters resorted to chanting slogans against PSPCL officials. Power was eventually restored after an hour and a half, but the reason for the late-night escalation was not provided by PSPCL officials.
