On Sunday night, around 12 o’clock, a group of robbers looted the bus of PRTC Bathinda. The bus was being driven by driver Dharamvir Singh. According to the information received, the bus left Amritsar at 8 o’clock in the evening and was heading towards Bathinda. When the bus was near the Goniana area of Bathinda, four robbers boarded the bus for a ride. Two of the robbers threatened the driver and conductor with a knife and threatened to kill them. The robbers fled with a government money bag containing 8,000 rupees and the ticket-cutting machine belonging to conductor Jasdev Singh. The confirmation of the theft in the bus has been made by the Journal Manager of PRTC Bathinda, Balwinder Singh, and this information has been provided to the police.
