Under the leadership of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, a cabinet meeting was convened at the Haryana Secretariat on Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock. The meeting focused on various pension schemes operated under the Department of Social Justice, Empowerment, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare, as well as the Antyodaya (Service) Department, where an increase in pensions will be approved. Additionally, discussions were held regarding the provision of pensions for patients with Thalassemia and Hemophilia.A total of 11 proposals have been prepared for the cabinet meeting. Along with the announcement of the budget session, several important decisions will be made. So far, a total of 11 proposals have been prepared for the meeting. Rules will be changed for the establishment of CNG-PNG stations and petrol pumps. In addition to this, changes will be made in the policy regarding the establishment of Integrated Multi-Modal Logistics Park (IMMLP), Integrated Inland Container Depot, Logistics Park, Warehouse Cum Retail, Truck Park, Cash and Carry, Warehouse, Cold Chain Facility, and Gas Warehouse.The decision has been made to transfer the 915 square meter government land in NIT Faridabad to the Sain Samaj Kalyan Sabha, Faridabad. Similarly, the gram panchayat land in Ambala will be transferred from the elderly to the Maharishi Markandeshwar Trust (Mulana). There is a proposal to transfer the 510 square meter land of the municipal corporation on Hansi Road in Jind to the Brahmin Sabha for the construction of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Library. The 1203 square meter land of the Department of Public Works (Buildings and Roads) in Karnal will be transferred to the Karnal Municipal Corporation.The date of the budget session of the Legislative Assembly has been decided. In the meeting, the date of the budget session will also be officially announced. There is a high possibility that the budget session of the Legislative Assembly will begin in the second week of February. This time also, the budget session will be held in two phases. In the first phase, Finance Minister, under the leadership of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, will present the budget in the Legislative Assembly, and after a few days of recess, the budget will be passed after discussions. However, due to the Lok Sabha elections, the duration of the recess between the two sessions of the budget session will be shortened, as election announcements can be made anytime in March.
