Ludhiana, April 18 (Press ki taquat bureau): The woman, Neelam, has been sentenced to death by Sessions Judge Munish Singal for the kidnapping and brutal murder of 2-year-old Dilroz Kaur. The court described the crime as extremely cruel and barbaric, stating that there could not be a more heinous act than burying a young girl alive.
The court also noted that the accused had betrayed the trust of her neighbors and humanity. Despite the accused’s plea for leniency, the court declined and emphasized that the convict was beyond reform. The prosecution presented 25 witnesses, along with CCTV footage, which led to the accused being sentenced to death.
